International Laser Technology Congress AKL´10

The »International Laser Technology Congress«' - in short AKL - with its 500 participants has established a reputation as one of the leading forums for applications of laser technology in the production environment. The upcoming AKL´10 will take place from May 5 - 7, 2010 in Aachen.

The sheer bandwidth of the lectures is impressive again: They range from introductory and practical work-based presentations, to a Newcomer Seminar, accompanied by presentations from experts on new sources of laser beams and applications, and extending to reports on joint projects in the EU Innovation Forum. The Technology Business Day takes an expert look at the laser markets in Europe, the USA and Japan and is geared towards managers and executives, among others.

All lectures are being made available in both German and English versions.

The participants will find out how it all happens in practice at Live Presentations at the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology and at the companies in the laser application center.

Users have a lot of opportunities to exchange information in depth with laser, component and system manufacturers at the highly popular Sponsor Exhibition. At the last AKL a total of 39 companies were prepared to answer the questions of experienced laser users and those new to the technology.
