AKL´10 - Laser Technology Conference

   

The target group addressed by the technology conference program of AKL´10 comprises vendors and users of laser technology processes and systems for use in the production environment. The content is designed to appeal equally to laser manufacturers and system providers and to laser users in diverse sectors of manufacturing industry. More particularly, it offers a prime opportunity for operations staff and corporate strategy managers from the automotive and aircraft engineering, machine tools, electronics, solar technology, tool and mold making industries, and the metalworking and optical industries, to meet with representatives of the laser community and discuss relevant aspects of the technology.

In addition to the laser manufacturers, R&D experts of the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology ILT, along with the laser-related chairs of RWTH Aachen University, will be present at the conference to answer any questions you might have concerning possible uses of innovative laser beam sources and processes in micro and macro machining. Presentations by end-users describing their practical experience offer a further means of discovering the high quality of work and cost-effective solutions that are currently being applied in typical manufacturing tasks. All in all, you will be able to obtain a comprehensive view of the main trends and prospects for laser technology in the manufacturing sectors of industry. A novelty at the AKL´10 will be a special seminar of Laser Metrology for Clinical Diagnostics & Bioanalytics.
